Aura Voyages is a Private Limited travel company, recognized with India Tourism, Government of India.
It is managed by team of widely travelled travel professional with with experience of more than 20 years in travel industry.
How does Aura Voyages function?
Being a Private Limited company and registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, we do business abiding all rules and regulations.
We have main office in New Delhi and another office in Shimla.
All the travel requests are handled from New Delhi as well as from Shimla.

How can I edit my trip details?
You can edit the trip details through email as we prefer to avoid taking verbal instructions unless and until it is unavoidable.
How do I cancel my package booking ?
You have to send email to cancel the booking on firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your Cancellation Policy?
If cancelled within 30 days of check-in, there will be cancellation fee towards hotels. During peak tourist season, it could be 100 % cancellation whereas during non tourist season, there could be relaxations.
What is your Refund Policy?
If cancellation is made within 30 days of check-in, refund will be applicable after deducting cancellation fee and service charge for working on your travel project.
What are the different modes of payment for booking a trip on Aura Voyages ?
Payment is accepted either by bank transfer to our current account or by issuing the cheque in favor of Aura Voyages Private Limited. Incase of issuance of cheque, till money does not get credited to company account, booking is tentative.
Payment has to be made in full before the start of tour.
At the time of making booking, you will have to make 25% advance payment and balance 30 days before the check-in date.
Incase trip is confirmed less than 30 days of check-in date in hotel, full payment has to be made at the time of confirming the trip.
Does Aura Voyages offer any deal/discount(s)?
We quote best possible rates at the time of making cost proposal to you. However, if there will be possibility to offer any “special discount” we will inform you.
