Do all cancellations attract retention charges?
Cancellations and retention charges are subject to hotel policy. Cancellations done within a month of check-in will attract retention charges – the amount varies from season to season. During peak season, it could be 100% whereas during other times it could be nominally charged.
What is Aura Voyages’ Refund Policy?
The applicable retention charges and service fee are deducted, and the balance is refunded back to the traveler cancellations made within 30 days before check-in.

What is the payment policy of Aura Voyages?
- 100% payment to be made before the tour starts
- 25% advance to confirm the booking at the time of making the booking.
- Balance 75% to be deposited 30 days before check-in date.
- Payment to be made by either bank transfer to our account or by cheque issued to Aura Voyages Private Limited. In case of cheque payment, the confirmation slip will be issued only after the money is credited to our account.
When the booking is made within 30 days of check-in, 100% advance payment will be required to confirm the reservation.
Are there any special discounts through Aura Voyages?
The rate proposal sent to you during inquiry contains details of rates and discounts. In case any other special discount can be passed on to travelers, they will be individually informed at a later period.
